"Phone number listed is full"

A review of Royal Mail by Shel written on Friday 15th of December 2017

The phone number listed is full, so you can’t speak to anyone or leave a message. Need to clear phone messages every day so we can at least leave a message. Very poor. What’s the point of listing a phone number if we can’t even use?.
